You can also include some tasty jacket potatoes as an accompaniment to this sauce, but that’s up to you.
Ingredients
1 kg pork ribs
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
First prepare the sauce, mixing the honey with the soy sauce and a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil. If you can’t get it to mix well, you can heat the honey in the microwave a little to help it mix.
Put the oven on to preheat it to 200º degrees.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper and brush the ribs with the sauce we have prepared. Do not use all the sauce as, as the cooking progresses, we will gradually add more sauce to the ribs.
Leave the ribs to rest in an ovenproof dish and place the rosemary on top. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Then brush the ribs with the sauce and cover the dish with aluminium foil and place the ribs in the oven for 30 minutes.
After this time, remove the ribs from the oven and paint the ribs again with the sauce.
Cover the dish again with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170º degrees.
10 minutes before the time is up, remove the aluminium foil and paint the ribs again.
Our mouths are already watering at the thought of it!
