Butter and Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients
\n100 g of butter
\n6 chopped anchovies in oil
\n1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
\nJuice of 1 lemon
\nPreparation
\nMash the anchovies (well-drained of their oil) in a mortar with some of the butter.
\nOnce a puree is obtained, add the rest of the butter.
\nHeat it in a saucepan, but without letting the butter boil.
\nWhen it’s liquid, add the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
\nPour it over what you’re going to serve or serve it in a separate sauce boat (previously heated with boiling water).
