Wash and dry them thoroughly.<br \/>\nLightly salt the inside of the sardines (where the bones were removed).<br \/>\nPour the oil into an oven-safe porcelain or glass baking dish.<br \/>\nPlace the raw sardines in the dish so that they are not piled on top of each other.<br \/>\nDrizzle with white wine and lemon juice.<br \/>\nSprinkle with chopped parsley and then with breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nCover with butter cubes and bake at medium temperature for about 15 minutes, basting occasionally with the juices.<br \/>\nServe in the same dish.<br \/>\nOur mouths are watering just thinking about it.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We don&#8217;t always have the opportunity to eat a good &#8220;M\u00e1laga-style espeto&#8221; with those sardines that melt in your mouth.
