Purified and selected by hand in each can. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: Razor clams 56.5%, olive oil 43.5% and salt.<\/p>\n<p>Elaboration process: The razor clams harvested in the Galician R\u00edas, like the rest of the mollusks, go through a purification process as soon as they enter the factory. Then, they are boiled in water, with the correct hygienic-sanitary characteristics; the mollusk is opened and then shucked by hand, being very careful not to break it. They are then washed again in warm salt water and packaged. Afterwards, an olive oil coating is added, creating a smooth texture and intense flavor. The containers are closed and sterilized with the characteristic and appropriate parameters for this product, thus creating the perfect atmosphere to be preserved for many years without any preservatives or artificial additives.
