Le acciughe cantabriche Arroyabe sono di qualit\u00e0 superiore, pescate solo nel Mar Cantabrico, della specie &#8220;Engraulis Encrasicholus&#8221; e prodotte con metodi tradizionali. <\/p>\n<p>Esistono due tipi di acciughe semiconservate: i filetti di acciughe sott&#8217;olio e le acciughe salate. Le acciughe salate sono confezionate in scatole con sale durante la stagione costiera primaverile e poi lasciate maturare per 9 mesi.
