Pickled tuna omelette
They can also be served with tomato sauce around the omelette, but we leave that up to you.
5 tablespoons of oil
50 gr. of Arlequin pickled tuna in pickled sauce
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a small frying pan.
When it is hot, fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes.
Before it browns, add the pickled tuna and mix well with the onion, breaking up the tuna with a fork or skimmer.
Then, in another frying pan, add the 3 tablespoons of oil and when it is hot, add the eggs, previously beaten for one minute, with salt (not too much, because the marinade is already salty).
When it starts to set, put the pickle and onion mixture in the centre and fold the omelette as usual, serving it immediately.
Our mouths are already watering at the thought of it!
