Today, from La Tienda de Sami, we bring you how to prepare a roast pepper pâté with tuna.

Pâté of roasted peppers with tuna
One of the star appetizers to surprise your family, easy and tasty, just the way we like it.

Ingredients
200 gr of wood-fired roasted peppers
60 g tuna in extra virgin olive oil
15 gr of oyster sauce
4 g gherkins
15 g mustard
1 clove of garlic
20 gr extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Remove the peppers from the tin and drain them well so that there is no water left. Do the same with the tuna, as if there is any water left over it may lose density.
Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in the blender and blend until you obtain a consistent and homogeneous mixture.
Add the salt and oil and blend again.
Taste the pâté and if it is not dense, add breadcrumbs.
Enjoy a delicious appetizer!
