Clean fillets of Andalusian mackerel, packed in a glass jar and metal capsule.

Production and quality established by the regulations of the Regulatory Council of Protected Geographical Indications for mackerel and frigate mackerel from Andalusia, to which Pesasur belongs.

Greyish-white colour, smooth consistency and pleasant smell, a characteristic, unique flavour.


Olive oil

PESASUR uses Andalusian Mackerel (I.G.P. Specific Designation of Origin of the Andalusian Region) which is processed fresh in the factory during most of the year.

PESASUR does not use chemical products during the production process and the experience of the labour force that has been working mackerel fillets for generations, ensures the perfect cleanliness of the fish and an excellent presentation of the fillets in jars and tins of all formats.

Main benefits of canned mackerel
They preserve all the nutritional properties of the food itself. The food retains its freshness.
The food used is healthy and therefore suitable for an optimal diet thanks to its high number of vitamins and proteins.
These products have a longer shelf life (usually between 2 and 5 years).
