The Gordal Estilo Casero are pitted olives and are seasoned following a traditional recipe.

These homemade gordal olives, typical of the village of Antequera.

They have an exhaustive temperature control which, together with the use of all-natural spices, gives them an unmistakable flavour.

The tasty flesh and the treatment carried out to reduce the acidity of these homemade olives make them a favourite to accompany dishes in homes, terraces, restaurants and hotels.

The Gordal Estilo Casero is one of the most widely consumed table olives and pickles both in Spain and abroad.

It is characterised by its size, as it is usually larger than other varieties.

This makes it an ideal olive to serve at the table with any type of dressing or stuffed with typical foods such as gherkins or anchovies.

The name “Aceituna Gordal” comes from its size and it could be said that it stands out for its attractive and eye-catching appearance.

Although its origin is in Andalusia, the consumption of homemade gordal olives has spread to the United States, being the place where it has been most strongly implanted outside Spain.
