We carefully pack them by hand and dress them with our garlic sauce that we prepare previously with olive oil and garlic.
Finally, we accompany them with a chili pepper, adding a spicy and differential touch that makes this canned recipe a great exponent of flavor and texture.
Ingredients Olive oil (54%), elver surimi (fish meat, water, potato starch, egg albumin, flavor enhancer (E-621), stabilizers (E-407, E-410 and E-415), salt, sunflower oil, cephalopod ink and elver aroma), garlic (0.9%) and chili pepper.
