Product: Sardines in olive oil 25/35 pieces Specifications: Small sardine (Sardina pilchardus) from the Galician Rias, of homogeneous size in olive oil.
Hand-selected in each can.
Ingredients: Sardine 73%, olive oil 27% and salt.
Elaboration process: The sardine, despite being a fish, is a demanding product and presents an elaboration process with quite a lot of work.
On arrival at the factory, the sardines are carefully deboned and gutted to avoid breakage and spoilage.
Then, they are placed on grills, passing them through and immersing them in brine (water and salt), to give them flavor and hardness.
Subsequently, they are subjected to a traditional roasting and packed by hand in each can.
Once the olive oil coating is added, the cans are sealed and sterilized, a rigorously controlled process that guarantees the conservation and quality of the product for years without the need to add preservatives or artificial additives.
After this, the cans are ready for storage and later
