Ribs with soy sauce and honey
You can also include some tasty potato chips as a side dish for this sauce, but that’s up to you.

Ingredients
1 kg of pork ribs
6 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
First, prepare the sauce by mixing the honey with the soy sauce and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. If you can’t mix it well, you can heat the honey a little in the microwave to help it blend.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper and brush them with the sauce we have prepared. Don’t use all the sauce as we will be adding more sauce to the ribs gradually as the cooking progresses.
Let the ribs rest in a baking dish and place the rosemary on top. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Next, brush the ribs with the sauce, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and put the ribs in the oven for 30 minutes.
After this time, take the ribs out of the oven and brush them with the sauce again.
Cover the dish again with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
10 minutes before the time is up, remove the aluminum foil and brush the ribs again.
