Mackerel Noodle Soup
There’s nothing better than a good noodle soup to warm up, and if it’s made with a fish like mackerel, even better.
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of onion
50 g of red bell pepper
50 g of green bell pepper
500 g of crushed tomatoes
Olive oil
Fish populations
Noodles
500 g of mackerel
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Start by cutting the peppers, garlic, and onion into very small pieces.
Put them in a saucepan with enough oil to cover the bottom, and fry them over low heat until they are well softened.
Once softened, add the crushed tomatoes and let it reduce, stirring constantly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the fish stock and noodles. Boil for the time indicated on the package.
Before finishing the cooking, open the mackerel fillets and add them so that the soup is filled with the flavor of the mackerel and vice versa.
