Burger Sauce with Pickles
Remember that all ingredients can be “modified” to your taste, as well as the quantities.
Ingredients
150 g of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce or ketchup
1 teaspoon of French mustard
2 pickles
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of Perrins or Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dill, thyme, and oregano
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender: mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, chopped pickles, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, thyme, oregano, and salt and pepper. If desired, you can add a spicy ingredient.
Blend for a few seconds and you’ll notice that the mixture becomes creamy and the pickles are perfectly crushed.
Once blended, taste the sauce to see if you need to adjust the flavor by adding more of an ingredient. Perhaps mayonnaise to soften the taste or more pickles to give it that vinegar touch.
Store it in the refrigerator
