Marinated tuna omelette

A different way to make an omelette is with pickled tuna.

Pickled tuna omelette
You can also serve it with tomato sauce around the omelette, but we’ll leave that up to you.

Ingredients
4 eggs
5 tablespoons of oil
50 g of Arlequin pickled tuna
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
Salt
Preparation
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a small frying pan.
When it’s hot, fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes.
Before it browns, add the pickled tuna and mix well with the onion, breaking up the tuna with a fork or slotted spoon.
Next, in another pan, add the 3 tablespoons of oil and when it’s hot, add the eggs, previously beaten for a minute, with salt (not too much, because the marinade is already salty).
When it starts to set, put the pickle and onion mixture in the center and fold the omelette as usual, serving it immediately.
Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.
