Homemade almond polvorones bag 700 grams La Ponderosa

Our polvorones are made with butter, sugar, flour and whole almonds. They are sprinkled with sugar, which gives them their characteristic white color. In Dulces La Ponderosa we always choose 100% Spanish almonds, being the raw material par excellence of our factory. We bet for adding a higher percentage of whole almonds in our polvorones, which together with our artisan elaboration in which we respect the recipes of our ancestors, make their texture soft to the palate.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, Iberian lard (antioxidant: E-320), almonds (15%), cinnamon, cloves and lemon flavor. May contain traces of peanut, sesame and sulfites.
