Roasted pepper and tuna pâté
One of the star appetizers to surprise your family, easy and tasty, just as we like it.
Ingredients
200 g of wood-roasted peppers
60 g of tuna in extra virgin olive oil
15 g of oyster sauce
4 g of gherkins
15 g of mustard
1 clove of garlic
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Remove the peppers from the can and drain them well to remove excess water. Do the same with the tuna, as excess water can reduce its density.
Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in the blender and blend until you get a consistent and homogeneous mixture.
Add the salt and oil and blend again.
Taste the pâté and if it’s not dense enough, add breadcrumbs.
