Noodle soup with mackerel
There is nothing better than a good noodle soup to warm you up, and if it is made with a fish such as mackerel, all the better.
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
100 g onion
50 gr red pepper
50 gr green pepper
500 gr of crushed tomato
Olive oil
Fish stock
Noodles
500 g mackerel
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Start by cutting the peppers, garlic and onion into very small pieces.
Put them in a saucepan until the bottom is covered with oil, and fry them over a low heat until they are well poached.
Once poached, add the crushed tomato and let it reduce, stirring constantly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the fish stock and the noodles. Boil for the time indicated on the package.
Before cooking is finished, open the mackerel fillets and add them so that the soup is filled with the flavour of the mackerel and vice versa.
