Ingredients
12 artichoke hearts
50 g of diced ham
2 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Slice the garlic thinly and fry in olive oil along with the chili pepper.
As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add the diced ham and artichoke hearts and sauté for about 5 minutes.
