Asparagus buds extra OTI

Fresh asparagus has a high water and fiber content, so it is recommended in diets for its diuretic and satiating power.

They are low in fat and sugars.

They are high in vitamins: folates, beta-carotene and provitamin A (which the body then transforms into vitamin A), vitamin C and E. Thanks to these vitamins, it has a great antioxidant power. Although to a lesser extent, it also contains B vitamins.
